Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, payments made via an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play will be refunded according to the refund and billing processes of the respective platform.

3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Our products are digital content and digital services (e.g. subscriptions that unlock word and sentence decks in the language-learning app). Access is typically granted immediately after purchase.

Your right of withdrawal expires once we begin providing the digital content, provided that:

  1. you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  2. you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

If you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires once performance begins.
